§ 1 Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the Jade Peptides online shop (operated by Jade Research Labs LLC). By placing an order, the customer acknowledges these GTC in the version valid at the time of the order. Deviating terms of the customer are not recognized unless Jade Peptides expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

§ 3 Contract Formation
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. The contract is only concluded with the dispatch of an order confirmation by email or with the delivery of the goods. Jade Peptides reserves the right to reject orders without stating reasons.
§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in Euros (€) and are final prices including the applicable statutory value-added tax. Free shipping on all EU orders. We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer (SEPA) and cryptocurrency. Payment is due before shipment of the goods. For bank transfer payments, shipment takes place after receipt of payment.
§ 5 Delivery and Shipping
We deliver to all EU countries, Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom. EU orders are shipped from within the EU, Swiss orders from Switzerland — this avoids customs fees and delays. Delivery takes 1–3 business days. All products are shipped refrigerated to ensure the stability and efficacy of the peptides during transit. The cold chain is maintained through the use of specialized insulated packaging and cooling packs. All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier. Jade Peptides assumes no liability for temperature-related damage after handover to the shipping carrier.
§ 6 Product Descriptions and Images
Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. Color, size, packaging design, and labeling may vary due to batch differences, manufacturing changes, or regional adjustments. The written product descriptions are authoritative for the condition of the goods.
§ 7 Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Art. 16(e) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery. Our products are sealed pharmaceutical/medical products manufactured and packaged under controlled conditions. Once the seal has been opened, the quality, sterility, and integrity of the products can no longer be guaranteed. Therefore, the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded for all products in our range. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have been informed about the exclusion of the right of withdrawal and agree to it.
§ 8 No Returns / No Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (sealed medical/pharmaceutical products), returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally excluded. All sales are final. Return acceptance after shipment is not possible for hygienic and safety reasons, regardless of whether the seal has been opened or not. Exception: In cases of obvious transport damage or quality defects (wrong product, damaged seal upon arrival), please contact our customer service at contact@jadepeptides.com within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will review each case individually.
§ 9 Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
The customer agrees to contact Jade Peptides customer service at contact@jadepeptides.com regarding any discrepancies, questions, or problems with an order before initiating a payment dispute (chargeback) with their bank or payment provider. We strive to resolve every legitimate complaint fairly and promptly. Unjustified or malicious chargebacks — particularly for goods that have already been delivered without complaint — may be subject to legal action. The costs of an unjustified chargeback (including processing fees and legal costs) may be charged to the customer.
§ 10 Limitation of Liability
Our products are intended exclusively for research purposes and are not approved for direct human consumption. Jade Peptides does not provide medical recommendations and assumes no liability for damages resulting from improper use, self-medication, or use without medical supervision. The information provided on our website is for informational and research purposes only and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician. The liability of Jade Peptides is in any case limited to the purchase price of the goods in question.
§ 11 Warranty
The warranty is limited to demonstrable transport damage and quality defects that existed at the time of delivery. Defects must be reported in writing with photo documentation to contact@jadepeptides.com within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. After reviewing the case, Jade Peptides will decide at its own discretion on replacement delivery or refund. A warranty for effectiveness, individual tolerability, or specific research results is excluded.
§ 12 Data Protection
The protection of your personal data is important to us. For details on the collection, processing, and use of your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which you can access at jadepeptides.com/datenschutz. By using our online shop and placing an order, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
§ 13 Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of the invalid provision, a regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision shall apply (severability clause). The law of the State of Wyoming, USA, shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Sheridan, WY, USA, to the extent permitted by law. Jade Peptides reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The GTC valid at the time of the order shall apply.
